Flour Moreland Hills is where it all began. Since 2011, this flagship location has been the heart of our story, where neighbors and friends have gathered for milestone celebrations, weeknight family dinners, and everything in between. It is also where two of our family brands were born: Flour Pasta Company, which now produces artisanal pasta enjoyed across the region, and Flour Events & Catering, which brings the Flour experience to homes, businesses, and special venues throughout Northeast Ohio.

Founded by Chef Paul Minnillo, Lisa Minnillo, and Chef Matt Mytro, Flour blends decades of culinary expertise with a passion for hospitality. Paulie built his reputation as one of Cleveland’s most respected chefs and restaurateurs. Lisa has been a driving force in shaping the culture and community of the brand. Mytro brought his creative energy and love of modern Italian cuisine. Together, they created Flour as a place where outstanding food, genuine service, and community thrive side by side.

Guests come for wood-fired pizzas, handcrafted pasta, and seasonal specialties, but they stay for the feeling. Flour is a welcoming and familiar space where hospitality is sincere, and every visit feels like home. For more than a decade, we have been proud to share in life’s milestones: engagements, birthdays, victories, and simple nights out with friends. Flour has become, in many ways, the family dinner table for Moreland Hills.

As our family grows with the opening of Flour | Valor Acres in Brecksville, nothing will change here at Moreland Hills. This community has been our home for more than a decade, and it always will be.
